Product Introduction
The wear-resistant alumina ceramic lining is the finished product obtained by the combination of aluminum oxide powder and other formulas through granulation, molding, sintering, grading and shipment. The sintering temperature of the high aluminum lining is 1580-1620 ℃, and the internal texture is ceramic, so it is called "ceramic" lining. It belongs to inorganic non-metallic materials, so it is much better than metal materials in terms of corrosion resistance. General metal materials are due to their chemical composition. It is easy to have chemical reaction with the materials such as acid and alkali flowing through the coal washing plant and chute. After a period of time, these wear-resistant materials will be corroded. The frequent replacement of these equipment in the coal washing plant not only increases the production cost of the plant, but also delays the production efficiency, which makes the coal washing plant headache. Therefore, after the production of alumina wear-resistant ceramic lining, it has attracted the attention of the coal washing plant.
Feature
1.High hardness: The Rockwell hardness of alumina wear-resistant ceramic sheet is above HRA90, the hardness is second only to diamond, far exceeding the wear-resistant performance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
2.Excellent wear resistance: its wear resistance is 30 times that of manganese steel and 20 times that of high-chromium cast iron. According to the customer follow-up survey for more than 20 years, under the same working conditions, the service life of the equipment can be extended by at least ten times.
3.Light weight: its density is about 3.6g/cm³, which is only half of that of steel, which can greatly reduce the load of equipment.
4.Strong bonding and good heat resistance: The wear-resistant ceramic sheet can be fixed on the inner wall of the equipment by various methods such as gluing, welding, and rubber vulcanization according to different equipment and working conditions.
5.Corrosion resistance: good resistance to sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, strong alkali, salt and other corrosion.
