Wear Resistant Ceramic Lining Cube is a new type of wear-resistant material, which greatly improves the impact resistance of ceramics by combining rubber and
ceramics. It is very suitable for the use of wear-resistant protection in the position with large frontal impact.
Benefits: Because wear-resistant alumina ceramic lining is made of an inorganic, non-metallic material, it won't harm the environment. It also has good toughness and shock resistance, strong fracture toughness, and high mechanical strength. These properties help it effectively prevent damage and peeling brought on by impacts.
Feature
There are several benefits to using alumina ceramic tiles.
1. High hardness: its Rockwell hardness is HRA80-90, the hardness is second only to diamond, far exceeding the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
2. Excellent wear resistance: its wear resistance is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high chromium cast iron. According to our customer follow-up survey over the past ten years, under the same working conditions, the service life of the equipment can be extended by at least ten times.
3. Light weight: its density is 3.6g/cm3, which is only half of that of steel, which can greatly reduce the load on equipment.
4. Strong bonding and good heat resistance: the wear-resistant ceramic lining is pasted on the inner wall of the equipment with heat-resistant superglue. Long-term operation without aging at 350°C
