Product Introduction
High Strength Abrasion Resistant Ceramic Adhesive is two-component, fast curing at room temperature and high bonding strength. After mixing, the glue is thixotropic and does not flow, which is suitable for facade construction. Widely used in wear-resistant ceramic lining plate and metal bonding, such as thermal power plant coal transport, ash discharge system and metallurgical industry clinker, batching system in the bin, hopper and other equipment on the wear-resistant ceramic lining plate.
Properties
High Strength Abrasion Resistant Ceramic Adhesive is made of high performance wear-resistant inorganic material, wear-resistant ceramic particle, carbide and quartz as aggregate, and is compounded with modified toughened resin. It has the characteristics of high and mild, good adhesion and excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Two-component, high strength, fast curing speed, and all kinds of metal substrate has a high bonding strength. Excellent wear resistance, is more than 2 times of the general metal.
Application Field
High Strength Abrasion Resistant Ceramic Adhesive is used for large area wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating and protection of material conveying pipelines.
