In order to create a alumina ceramic composite plate, the alumina ceramic composite plate uses an innovative thermal vulcanisation method to vulcanise the rubber and square or hemispherical wear-resistant ceramic lining together. It effectively addresses the issue of equipment wear resistance in the process of carrying big pieces of boring because it combines the benefits of high hardness ceramics and high cushioning and anti-fatigue capabilities of rubber. Rubber gives the composite board strong anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties, and it also helps to eliminate production halts and reduce noise from material collection.


Ceramic rubber composite panels are divided into two-in-one and three-in-one. Among them, the two-in-one refers to the ceramic-rubber composite board, and the three-in-one refers to the ceramic-rubber-steel composite board. The three-in-one composite board comes with bolts for easy installation.


Ceramic-rubber composite board connection method: gluing, bonding the composite board to the inner shell steel plate of the equipment with a high-strength organic adhesive to form a strong and buffering anti-wear layer.
