Feature:1.Using rubber vulcanization technology, the ceramic is embeded in the rubber to form a strong and buffering anti-wear layer.
2. The steel plate with bolt can be vulcanized together with the ceramic &rubber plate, which will be easy for installation.
3.Impact resistance. The board has good cushion performance which can effectively alleviate the impact of ore falling from the high altitude.
4. Not easy to fall off. The composite board is vulcanized as a whole, and each plate has bolts passing through the bottom steel plate, so the welding is very firm.
5. Easy for maintenance. The composite board is more than 60% lighter than the wear-resistant steel plate, so the installation is very convenient.
Product Introduction
Silicon Carbide Ceramic Rubber Composite Plate is based on silicon carbide, which is characterized by a layer of elastic wear-resistant material can be hot-cast on it to make it composite into a whole. The elastic wear-resistant material can be polyurethane or rubber. Our composite plate is usually vulcanized to rubber using vulcanization technology.
Ceramic composite plate has the cushion performance of rubber and the wear resistance of ceramic.
