Product Introduction
Ceramic composite rubber liner backed steel plate is made of ceramic, rubber, steel by vulcanization technology. There are two types of composite panels, two-in-one and three-in-one.
Two-in-one: the square wear-resistant ceramic lining is embedded in the special rubber, vulcanized to form a wear-resistant ceramic rubber composite board, and then the lining board is bonded to the inner shell steel plate of the equipment with high-strength adhesive to form a strong and Cushioned wear layer.
Three-in-one: The square or hemispherical wear-resistant ceramic lining is vulcanized with rubber and steel plate to form a ceramic-rubber-steel composite wear-resistant ceramic rubber composite plate.
Properties
1. Using rubber vulcanization technology, the ceramic is embedded in the rubber to form a strong and buffering anti-wear layer.
2. The steel plate with bolt can be vulcanized together with the ceramic &rubber plate, which will be easy for installation.
3.Impact resistance. The board has good cushion performance which can effectively alleviate the impact of ore falling from the high altitude.
4. Not easy to fall off. The composite board is vulcanized as a whole, and each plate has bolts passing through the bottom steel plate, so the welding is very firm.
5. Easy for maintenance. The composite pannel is more than 60% lighter than the wear-resistant steel plate, so the installation is very convenient.
