Rubber-Ceramic Coating For Roller
Product Introduction:
The surface of each ceramic rubber plate is cast into a durable rubber plate by hundreds of independent small ceramic pieces. Each ceramic piece has a raised feature. Under the general conveyor belt pressure, thousands of unique cast bumps can produce positive traction, prevent slipping, and extend the service life of the conveyor belt roller. Each ceramic rubber plate has a groove at a certain distance, which can make the foreign matters (dust, soil) on the roller discharge along the groove, so that the rubber-ceramic coating for roller has a unique self-cleaning function, especially suitable for wet working environment.
