Introduction

Hole ceramic tile, also known as ceramic wear plate, is a ceramic material mainly used in wear-resistant occasions. It is a wear-resistant plate made of high-alumina ceramic plate combined with low-carbon steel plate by bonding and welding process.

 

Characteristic

1. Excellent wear resistance: It has excellent wear resistance, impact resistance and other characteristics.
2. Corrosion resistance: In harsh conditions,hole ceramic tile has good chemical corrosion resistance.
3.Temperature resistance: It can withstand temperatures and is suitable for high temperature occasions.
4. Easy installation: The liner can be easily installed through welding process.
5. High cost performance: Compared with other precious metals such as tungsten carbide, welded ceramic tiles have excellent wear resistance and low price.

 

Application

Hole ceramic tile is used in a wide range of applications including power, cement, steel, mining, material handling industries, etc. They can be used in chute linings, pipes, cyclones, hoppers, crushers and other applications requiring high wear resistance and durability.
