Product introduction
Rubber ceramic two-in-one lining of the conveyor drum is an indispensable and important part in the belt conveying system. Rubber ceramic two-in-one lining can effectively protect the metal drum from being worn, prevent the slippage of the conveyor belt, and make the drum and the belt run synchronously, thereby effectively reducing the material sticking on the surface of the drum and wear of the belt.
Aluminium oxide ceramics with particles on the surface and excellent wear resistance embedded in special rubber can provide excellent grip between the drive roller and the conveyor belt, even in a variety of harsh working conditions, such as muddy. In wet and high-wear environments ceramic lining can solve the problem and ensure the normal operation of the conveying system.
