Rubber backed ceramic panel thee-in-one liner adopts hot vulcanization process, and the toughened ceramic tiles are vulcanized in the steel plate groove equipped with special rubber, and the steel plate groove has countersunk head bolts. This liner is a customized product and can be made into various shapes.
Product features
1.Rubber backed ceramic panel thee-in-one liner is modularly produced and assembled, which can replace high-wear areas;
2. Provide stud fixing and welding installation methods;
3.The special rubber thermal vulcanization process can not only ensure that the ceramic blocks embedded in the rubber layer are firmly bonded, but also act as a buffer layer to prevent the ceramic blocks from breaking;
4.The shape, size and thickness of the porcelain block or lining plate can be customized according to your specific working conditions or purposes.
Application
Ceramic tile panels is widely used as anti-wear lining in the equipment with serious abrasion and strong impact force for conveying large materials under normal temperature environment.
