Details

The wear-resistant ceramic lining tiles  is made of alumina or zirconia calcined at high temperature. Alumina is converted into dense alpha alumina at high temperature, and due to its special crystal structure, it becomes extremely hard, second only to diamond in hardness. The wear resistance of ceramic tiles is several times or even more than that of other wear-resistant materials. In addition, because the surface of the wear-resistant ceramic lining is smooth, the surface resistance is very small, which is also an important reason for greatly improving its wear resistance.



Characteristic

1. The Rockwell hardness of high hardness is hra80-90, which is next to diamond in hardness and far exceeds the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.

2. Alumina Lining Cube wear resistance is 266 times of manganese steel and 171.5 times of high chromium cast iron. According to our more than ten years of customer tracking survey, under the same working condition, the service life of the equipment can be extended at least ten times.

3. Its density is 3.6g/cm3, only half of that of steel, which can greatly reduce the equipment load.

4. The Alumina Lining Cube with strong adhesion and good heat resistance are pasted on the inner wall of the equipment with heat-resistant strong adhesive. It can run at 350 ℃ for a long time without aging, and the inorganic adhesive used for adhesive products has a temperature resistance of 750 ℃.The performance indexes of temperature resistance and adhesive force of adhesives are far ahead in China.
