Product Introduction
Alumina Ceramic Splicing Tiles refers to the wear-resistant liner that uses alumina as the raw material and has been sintered at a high temperature of 1650 degrees. The liner has concave and convex grooves, also called ceramic tiles with snap buttons. The boards are stuck together, and then glued to the pipe with ceramic glue, which has good adaptability, no gaps, and is not easy to fall.

1.The Rockwell hardness of wear-resistant ceramic chip is hra80-90, which is next to diamond in hardness, and higher than that of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
2.Alumina Ceramic Splicing Tiles wear resistance is 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high chromium cast iron.
3. Under the same working condition, the service life of the equipment can be extended at least ten times.
4.Its density is 3.6g/cm3, only half of that of steel, which can greatly reduce the equipment load.

Application
