Ceramic Lining of the Conveyor Drum is composed of hundreds of independent small ceramic pieces cast into rubber plates. The ceramic pieces are in a raised state. The raised points on the upper layer can generate positive traction to prevent slipping and have a certain cleaning ability. The bottom layer of rubber has an impact resistance, thereby protecting the equipment and improving efficiency.

Advantages

Notes
1.The belt transmission speed should be well controlled and should not be too high.
2.Control the hardness of the material. Too high hardness will cause violent collision and damage the ceramic pieces.
3.The conveying temperature should not be too high, which will cause the viscosity of the glue to decrease.
4.Remember to avoid violent collision during cleaning and maintenance.
Installation steps
1. Glue removal and grinding: clean the residual glue and other foreign matter on the drum surface, remove rust and grind the drum surface with an angle grinder to reveal the metallic luster
2. Cleaning: clean it again with a brush
3. Cleaning: clean it with a metal surface cleaner
4. Glue application: apply the first layer of adhesive on the drum surface, wait for 25 minutes, and then apply the second layer of adhesive.
5. Bond, compact, bond the remaining rubber sheets, fill the gaps and trim the edges.
