Description
Wear-resistant three-in-one ceramic composite plates refers to a composite ceramic lining material formed by a special process of wear-resistant ceramics, rubber and steel plates. Small pieces of wear-resistant ceramics are vulcanized into special rubber and then installed on a steel plate base to form a solid anti-wear layer. It has excellent wear-resistant and impact-resistant panels and is widely used in heavy wear and high-impact industries.

Product structure of Wear-resistant three-in-one ceramic composite plates
1. The ceramic layer is mainly alumina ceramics, which is a special corundum ceramic formed by high-temperature calcination. The hardness can reach HRA88 or above, and it has high hardness and high wear resistance.
