Description
The roller-coated ceramic rubber sheet is embedded in the wear-resistant rubber sheet with an alumina ceramic sheet with a Mohs hardness of ≥8, which forms a stable anti-wear layer on the rubber sheet surface and increases its surface friction.
Feature
The ceramic rubber sheet is made of 92% aluminum oxide ceramic blocks embedded in rubber, and the high wear resistance of ceramics on the rubber surface is used to increase the friction coefficient between it and the belt. The friction coefficient is 4-6 of ordinary rubber sheets. times, which can significantly reduce the occurrence of belt slippage.
Application
It is suitable for high-speed, high-tonnage and long-distance transportation in harsh environments such as wet, muddy, and high wear.
