Description
The wear-resistant three-in-one ceramic lining plate structure: The lining plate adopts the hot vulcanization process to vulcanize the toughened ceramic sheet in the steel plate groove equipped with special rubber, that is to say, it is a composite of ceramic, rubber and steel plate. Ceramic Rubber Liner has the advantages of these three materials at the same time.
The high hardness of wear-resistant ceramics provides excellent wear resistance for the lining. The steel plate is the structural support. Its strong toughness and ductility protect the ceramic lining and enhance the impact resistance of the lining. Special rubber makes the ceramic It is perfectly combined with the steel plate, and further enhances the impact resistance of the liner.
The properties of each material in the 3-in-1 liner complement each other, resulting in a superior wear and impact liner.
Product Features:
1)Impact resistance: Ceramic Rubber Liner has good buffering performance, which can effectively buffer the impact caused by ore falling from a high altitude;
2)Anti-falling: The ceramic rubber steel plate is vulcanized in one piece, and the combination is very firm. Each liner has a countersunk bolt passing through the bottom steel plate, which is firmly welded, and double insurance;
3)Convenient maintenance: The lining board has counter sunk bolts and the lining board is more than 60% lighter than the wear-resistant steel plate, so the installation is very convenient.
