The Alumina Tiles For Power Plant is a new type of special corundum ceramic which is sintered at high temperature 1650℃ with inorganic special binder using Al2O3 as main raw material and rare metal oxide as solvent.

Equipment that can be used for wear-resistant alumina tiles for power plants:

1. The coal delivery system, which includes the roller glue, the original coal bunker, the coal drop bucket, and the coal drop pipe;

 

2. Powder system: guiding vane, separator inner vertebral body, separator inner output tube, bent tube, medium speed coal mill cylinder, etc.

 

3. Limestone pipe-compatible desulfurization system;

 

4. The dust removal system, the pulverized coal pipe with an impeller for dust removal, the thermometer protection casing, the pulverized coal mixer, the throttling shrinkage hole, etc.

 

5. Dust removal system: Applicable to induced draft fan housing, flue pipe wall, preheater pipe wall, support rod for air preheaters, and other equipment;

 

6. Jet system: can be applied to equipment for pulverized coal concentration and dilution separators as well as vertebral body equipment;

 

7. Ash exhaust pipe, dry ash fan shell, fan impeller, valve and cylinder wall, and slag pipe comprise the fat drainage system;

 

8. Ball coal mill: could be used for equipment such as the coal mill output pipe, sawdust separator, equipment for separating coarse and fine powder, and powder return pipe.
