Alumina Ceramic Plate

Description

Alumina ceramic plate is a new product made of special corundum ceramics fired at 1 650 ℃ with aluminum oxide as the main raw material and rare metal oxide as the flux, and combined with special inorganic adhesive. The thermal conductivity of alumina is the lowest among common ceramic materials, and the coefficient of thermal expansion is close to that of metal materials, so it becomes an important structural ceramic material.

Features

(1) High hardness and strength. By Shandong Province ceramic refractory quality supervision and testing Zibo station, the Rockwell hardness is 80~90, so the general ore, coal, ash and so on are not its anti-wear opponents, high compressive strength, more than 550 MPa.

(2) Good wear resistance, long service life. After testing, its wear resistance is equivalent to 180 times of manganese steel and 118 times of high chromium cast steel.
