Description
The 92 Al2O3 alumina ceramic lining tile is made of alumina or zirconia calcined at high temperature. Alumina is converted into dense alpha alumina at high temperature, and due to its special crystal structure, it becomes extremely hard, second only to diamond in hardness. The wear resistance is several times or even more than that of other wear-resistant materials. In addition, because the surface of the wear-resistant ceramic lining is smooth, the surface resistance is very small, which is also an important reason for greatly improving its wear resistance.
Product specifications: thickness 1.5mm-120mm, the size can be customized according to customer needs.
Structural shape: sheet, block, hexagon, square, rectangle, trapezoid, arc, dovetail, U-shaped, ring and other heterosexual structures.
Feature
1.High hardness, wear resistance and erosion resistance: Rockwell hardness is HRA82-95, which is comparable to diamond, and its wear resistance is much higher than that of manganese steel and high melting cast iron, which can prolong the service life of equipment under the same working conditions.

5. Strong bonding and not easy to fall off: wear-resistant ceramic sheets can be fixed by high-temperature inorganic adhesives, arch joints and stud welding, etc., which can ensure long-term operation of ceramic sheets under high temperature and high impact conditions Does not fall off.
How to install?
1.The surface of the ceramic liner should be kept clean and dry
2.All metal surfaces that need to be installed with alumina ceramic linings should be supported evenly to prevent deformation during construction
3. The alumina ceramic liner needs to be cut into irregular shapes according to the sticking surface during the construction process.
4. Use sandblasting or angle grinder to polish and remove rust on the construction surface of steel plate 5. Mixing glue, in principle, a small amount of times, pay attention to the drying time of the glue, reduce the exposure time of the mixed glue in the air, and paste the glue, the thickness of the glue coating is about 1-2mm .
5. The orientation of the alumina ceramic linings is based on the principle of not hindering the flow of materials, and the gap between the alumina ceramic linings is not greater than 2mm. After sticking, use a rubber hammer and remove excess glue.
