Description
The Abrasive resistance Alumina ceramic composite plate for Chute is currently the chute lining material with good effect and the widest application range. It uses alumina as the main raw material, and it is converted into an octahedral crystal structure α- Alumina, not only has a hardness of HRA88, second only to diamond, its density is ≥3.9g/cm3, its flexural strength is >350MPA, its impact toughness is ≥2.2J/cm², and its modulus of elasticity is >317GPA, and ZTA ceramics are made by adding zirconia . After that, it can also have strong impact resistance. In heavy wear conditions, the service life can reach more than 10 times that of manganese steel.

Wear-resistant ceramic chute liner installation and fixing method
1. Paste directly with ceramic glue: use normal temperature or high temperature resistant strong inorganic glue to paste and fix, easy to install, suitable for working conditions with small material impact and temperature below 200°C.
2. Stud welding method: For high-temperature materials and high-impact materials, the wear-resistant ceramics are fixed into the equipment by stud welding technology, and at the same time cooperate with mechanical self-locking force and inorganic adhesive to ensure that the ceramic block does not fall off;
3. Installation of prefabricated ceramic linings: first install the ceramics on the steel plate to make a two-in-one ceramic lining (ceramic + steel plate), a three-in-one ceramic lining plate (ceramic + rubber + steel plate), and then weld or countersink Bolts secure it to the device; easy access for replacement.
