The wear-resistant ceramic cylinder is made of high-quality a-AL2O3 powder and a small amount of binder, using machine-press molding technology, drying and firing in a high-temperature tunnel kiln at 1700°C.

The conventional size and diameter of wear-resistant ceramic cylinder are φ15, φ20, φ25, φ30/40/50/60. The thickness can be adjusted with the diameter.
