Description

Wear-resistant ceramic hexagonal sheet is a wear-resistant material for material conveying equipment in petroleum, mining, steel mills, power plants and other industries or for liquids flowing through the surface of the pipeline. The effect and the thermal shock effect of the material passing through can reduce the wear and tear of the equipment components, thereby greatly reducing the cost of frequent maintenance and prolonging the service life of the equipment. It is a mosaic wear-resistant ceramic of industrial wear-resistant, impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials sheet.

Advantage

(High Hardness) The Rockwell hardness of wear-resistant ceramic hexagonal sheet is HRA80-90, the hardness is second only to diamond, far exceeding the wear-resistant performance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.

(Good Wear Resistance) The wear resistance of the wear-resistant ceramic hexagonal sheet is 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron. According to our customer follow-up survey for more than ten years, under the same working conditions, the service life of the equipment can be extended by at least ten times.

(Light Weight) The density of the wear-resistant ceramic hexagonal sheet is 3.6g/cm3, which is only half of that of steel, which can greatly reduce the load of the equipment.
