Description about Antiwear Ceramic Sheet

Due to the constant friction, corrosion, collision and impact of hard media during the operation of the equipment, the system is easy to leak, resulting in environmental pollution. In order to solve the wear problems of these equipment, various cement factories have adopted different leakage control methods, among which wear-resistant ceramics have become one of the commonly used wear-resistant materials with its very strong wear resistance and cost performance, and have been widely favored.

Ceramic mosaic is a wear-resisting material used in oil, mining, steel mills, power plants, and other industrial equipment or on the surface of liquid flowing through a pipe conveying. Its main effect is effective against material passed by the effects of the shock tube wall, chemical corrosion, and material after the thermal shock effect, reduce equipment wear and tear, greatly reduce frequent maintenance costs, and extend equipment service life.

Advantages and Application

1. Rubber lining vulcanized
The two-in-one ceramic rubber composite lining board is placed to the equipment protection surface using high strength adhesive after being formed by vulcanizing alumina ceramic sheet in natural rubber. This particular ceramic rubber combination is the optimum wear-resistant lining material for chutes, hoppers, and silos because it enhances the wear resistance of either ceramic or rubber.

2. Stick to silk or nylon as alumina ceramic plate

 

Alumina ceramic plates are created by adhering dozens or even hundreds of pieces of alumina ceramic lining to nylon cloth, acetic acid cloth, or other specific media. The entire alumina ceramic plate is lightweight, flexible, and simple to cut. As a result, it is mostly utilised for equipment surfaces that are uneven or where weight and space are constraints, such as steel pipe lining.

Construction technology and process of wear-resistant ceramic patch

Surface preparation, body repair, grinding, paste ceramics, welding, thickness examination, and self-inspection are all included.
1. Preparatory work: Materials must be purchased, machinery must be tested, workers must be scheduled, the power supply and gas source connected, and other arrangements must be made.
2. Effectively remove dirt, embossing, and other messes from surfaces
3. Angle grinding: The sprayed pipe wall must be processed with an angle grinder, and any embossed embroidery or other loose items must be removed from the pipe surface. In order to guarantee that the project quality meets high requirements, it is legally prohibited to construct in an environment with a humidity level of more than 85%.

4. Dust pollution prevention measures: After removing the knickknacks, put them in a dry area.
5. Apply the ceramic liner: After uniformly combining the two components of A and B, mix the ceramic. Stick 0.4 and wipe it evenly while glueing the durable ceramic sheet. Less than 0.4mm will separate each sheet. The ceramic joints are smooth and flat.
6. Welding: After glueing the hardware, insert it into the ceramic lining board's hole, create a circle with a welding machine, and then attach it to the hardware's surface with a ceramic cap.
7. Self-inspection: Perform a self-quality examination after adhering the wear-resistant ceramic layer, and reprocess any defective components.
