Description
Alumina Ceramic Cylinder for Grinding is made of alumina or zirconia calcined at high temperature. Alumina is transformed into dense alpha alumina under high temperature environment. Due to the special crystal structure, it becomes extremely hard, and its hardness is second only to diamond. The wear resistance is several times or even more than that of other wear-resistant materials. In addition, due to the smooth surface of the wear-resistant ceramic lining, the surface resistance is very small, which is also an important reason for greatly improving its wear resistance.
Alumina wear-resistant cylinders can also be made into composite panels. The ceramic rubber composite plate adopts advanced thermal vulcanization process, and the alumina ceramic plate or mosaic or spherical wear-resistant ceramic block is vulcanized together through rubber and steel plate to form a ceramic-rubber-steel composite wear-resistant ceramic rubber composite plate.

After Vulcanized into composite plate, it combines the advantages of high hardness and wear resistance of ceramics with high cushioning of rubber and the connection and fixing strength of steel plates, it can well solve the problem of equipment wear resistance during the transportation of bulk materials.
