Description
Wear-resistant alumina ceramic lining plates are divided into direct adhesive ceramic lining plate and welded ceramic lining plate.
Direct Adhesive Ceramic Liner board
Adhesive backings are solid white cuboids. During construction, the lining board is bonded to the working surface with ceramic adhesive glue.

In the middle of the welded liner, there is a round hole with a large top and a small bottom. The liner is fixed by sticking first and then welding. The iron cap is welded to the steel plate through the middle hole, and then the ceramic cap is used to protect the solder joints to withstand higher temperatures. 92 95 Alumina ceramic weld on tile plate solved the problem that the glue is limited by the influence of temperature.

How to install ?
1. Keep the surface of the ceramic lining fully clean and dry.
2. All metal surfaces that need to be installed with alumina ceramic linings should be evenly supported to prevent deformation during construction.
3. During the construction process, the alumina ceramic lining board needs to be cut into irregular shapes according to the paste surface.
4. The construction surface of the steel plate is polished and derusted by sand blasting or angle grinder.
5. Mix the glue, the principle is a small amount and many times, pay attention to the drying time of the glue, reduce the exposure time of the mixed glue in the air, paste, the thickness of the glue coating is about 1-2mm.
5. The orientation of the alumina ceramic lining boards is based on the principle of not hindering the flow of materials. The gap between the alumina ceramic lining boards is not greater than 2mm.
6. Put the iron cap into the small hole of the porcelain plate, weld it with electric welding (preferably second welding), then apply glue, and finally use the porcelain cap to protect the solder joints (cover the porcelain cap)
7. After the alumina ceramic liner is installed, it is not allowed to move before the glue is fully hardened (full hardening time is 24 hours).
8. If necessary, sand the surface of the alumina ceramic liner after it is glued and cured to ensure that the surface is clean, smooth and free of other impurities.
Application
92 95 Alumina ceramic weld on tile plate is suitable for high-temperature pipes (500°C) or parts with slight impacts, such as dust removal pipes at the kiln tail, inlet and outlet pipes of humidification towers, etc.
