Wear-resistant ceramic tiles used in power plant cement mill systems

The wear of the pulverizing system of coal-fired power plants is mainly caused by the collision and impact wear of coal powder. The high-speed coal powder airflow causes serious wear on the outlet of the coal mill, the inlet and outlet of the coarse and fine powder separator, and the elbow of the primary air duct of the pulverizing equipment. The same phenomenon also occurs in the elbow of the air duct of the cement plant's powder selection system.

Power plants used to use wear-resistant cement and cast stone for wear protection. Compared with wear-resistant ceramic tiles, wear-resistant ceramic tiles have the advantages of wear resistance, no shedding, light weight, low cost, and simple and convenient construction.

In the powder making system, glue and ceramic lining are generally pasted on the treated steel plate, and it can be used after curing for 24 hours.

Note: Wear-resistant ceramic linings can be used in direct bonding, ceramic rubber, ceramic rubber steel plate three-in-one and other composite types according to different occasions. The shape of the ceramic lining can also be designed and manufactured according to different occasions. Due to the influence of the adhesive, many occasions, especially the working conditions above 300℃, cannot meet the requirements. If there is a breakthrough in the adhesive, the working conditions will have a qualitative leap.

Performance characteristics of wear-resistant ceramic tiles:

1. Wear-resistant ceramic tile has high hardness: measured by Shanghai Institute of Silicates, Chinese Academy of Sciences, its Rockwell hardness is HRA80-90, which is second only to diamond and far exceeds the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.

2. Wear-resistant ceramic lining has excellent wear resistance: measured by Powder Metallurgy Research Institute of Central South University of Technology, its wear resistance is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron. According to our customer follow-up survey over the past decade, under the same working conditions, it can extend the service life of equipment by at least ten times.

3. Wear-resistant ceramic lining is light in weight: its density is 3.6g/cm3, which is only half of that of steel, which can greatly reduce the load of equipment.

4. Wear-resistant ceramic lining has a wide range of applications: for all mechanical equipment with high wear such as coal transportation, material transportation system, powder making system, ash discharge, dust removal system, etc. in thermal power, steel, smelting, machinery, coal, mining, chemical, cement, port and terminal enterprises, different types of products can be selected according to different needs.
