Description
Wear-resistant Alumina Ceramic Filler Balls, also known as inert alumina balls, are mainly made of ultra-fine-grained calcined alumina powder and aluminum hydroxide powder as raw materials 1600℃ calcined and processed.
Features
The alumina filler ball has the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure resistance, low water absorption, stable chemical properties, corrosion resistance of acid, alkali and other organic solvents, and can withstand temperature changes in the production process, and has good thermal stability. Its main function is to increase the distribution point of gas or liquid to support and protect the active catalyst with low strength.
Usage
Alumina filler ball is mainly used in petroleum and chemical industries as tower packing balls and catalyst carriers. Alumina filler ball is used in high temperature, high pressure and highly corrosive working environments in the petrochemical industry. It is ideal for reformers, reaction furnaces and packed towers in the petroleum and chemical industries.Inert ceramic ball is used as a bottom filling material for hydrorefining units, catalytic reforming units, isomerization units, demethylation units, etc. in petrochemical plants, chemical fiber plants, alkyl benzene, ethylene plants, and natural gas plants.
