Description
The inert alumina ceramic ball is made of high-purity a-al2o3 alumina, super-grade kaolin ten and plastic refractory clay ten as the main raw materials, adding feldspar, quartz and binder, etc., after careful batching, ball milling, sieving, iron removal , made of vacuum mud, shaped, dried, and sintered at high temperature.
Feature
After sintering, the surface of the product is smooth and the porcelain is dense. There is no sandwich and delamination inside. The inert alumina ball has good mechanical strength, wear resistance, handling resistance and strong impact resistance. The nose has excellent high temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance. Therefore, it has the advantages of early service life and long service life.
The main technical indicators of ceramic packing balls are: water absorption ≤ 3%, long-term use temperature -50°C-1300°C, acid resistance ≥ 99.5%, alkali resistance > 85%, porosity 40-48%, Mohs hardness > 6.5 , heat distortion temperature 1200-1650 ℃. load softening temperature 900-1560 ℃, re-firing line shrinkage (1280 ℃ burning)<0.1%.
