Details

High purity alumina filler balls, also known as high purity inert alumina ceramic ball, "inert" means that it has a weak chemical reaction and will not play a catalytic role. The texture of the alumina filler is very dense, so the water absorption rate is very low, and it cannot play the drying effect like activated alumina balls. We often see inert alumina packing balls in industries such as petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, natural gas and environmental protection. In these industries, they are used as covering support materials and tower packings for catalysts in reactors.

1) Ordinary packing: polyethylene woven bag with net weight of 25kg, can add pallet.

2) Steel drum packaging: 100L steel drum packaging, pallets can be added.

Application

High purity inert alumina ceramic ball is mainly used in the high temperature, high pressure and highly corrosive working environment of the chemical industry, and in the reformers, reaction furnaces and packed towers in the petroleum and chemical industries to prevent the equipment covered by the filtered silica from forming fouling or damaging the catalyst carrier.
