Selection of Zirconium Beads by Dry and Wet Grinding

Dry grinding generally uses ball mill can,and zirconia beads use larger balls, such as 5, 6, 8, 10, 15, 20mm and other zirconium balls.

For the bead mill used for wet grinding, it is necessary to determine the size  according to the initial particle size of the material and the final fineness of grinding.

Application

It can be used not only for grinding and dispersing, but also for mirror polishing. As an abrasive, It has a smooth surface and no grinding force. They are suitable for mirror polishing of workpieces with smooth surfaces. They can also be used in ball mills and tissue grinding.
