Product Introduction
Wear-resistant alumina ceramic liner is made of aluminum oxide powder through dry pressing and high-temperature calcination . It is featured by extremely high hardness, corrosion resistance and good chemical stability. Alumina ceramic liner can withstand the impact of high concentration and large particles . Its hardness is only inferior to diamond.
Alumina ceramic liner is commonly used in the inner wall of pipeline and inside of equipment. Ceramic liner can reduce the abrasion caused by the grinding of raw materials and the impact of materials on the pipeline. It can effectively prolong the service life of the pipeline and reduce the cost to a great extent.
Advantages
(1) High hardness. Ceramic tiles rockwell hardness is HRA80-90, second only to diamond in hardness, far exceeding the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
(2) Good wear resistance and long service life. Alumina ceramic tile wear resistance is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron. Under the same working conditions, the service life of the equipment can be extended by at least ten times.
(3) Light weight. Its density is lower, which is only half of that of steel, which can greatly reduce the equipment load.
