Product introduction
The wear-resistant alumina ceramic lining board is a new type of special corundum ceramics, which is made of Al2O3 as the main raw material, rare metal oxides as the solvent, high temperature sintering at 1650 ° C, and inorganic special binders.
High alumina lining brick is made utilising a bidirectional hydraulic press to press and mould the brick before being sintered in a high temperature natural gas kiln. It is also known as 92 ceramic lining brick or ball mill high alumina lining. Both the product's interior and external structures have been tested utilising cutting-edge testing methods, and both are uniform. It has outstanding characteristics, such as a high level of toughness, strength, and hardness. A product's service life may exceed three years. A very ideal ball mill liner.

1Long service life, under the same conditions, it is more than 20 times more wear-resistant than ordinary pipes.

Product testing process
1Look carefully.
It is to observe the surface details of the ceramic liner with the naked eye. The high-quality alumina wear-resistant ceramic liner is uniform in color, the surface is smooth and not rough, and there are no black spots. In addition, the welding wear-resistant ceramic lining plate accessories need to be in line with the inner hole of the lining plate, leaving no gaps, and the quality should not be too light. Generally, the minimum weight is not less than 5 grams.
2 measurement tolerance. Vernier calipers can be used to measure the length, width, and other parameters of the wear-resistant ceramic liner, but the shrinkage characteristics of the ceramic should also be taken into account when measuring, and there will be certain tolerances.
3 measure the density. The content of alumina can be measured by density. It is recommended to use the drainage method to accurately measure the density of the alumina wear-resistant ceramic liner.
4 Wear test. The commonly used detection method is to use a sandblasting machine at a pressure of 4.0kg/cm³, a distance of 50mm, a spray angle of 45 degrees, and a time of 60 minutes, and then measure the degree of wear.
5 hardness testing. The testing of the hardness of the lining can be carried out according to the method specified in the GB/T16534 standard.
