Ball mill lined brick  are also called alumina lining bricks, wear-resistant lining bricks, alumina grinding lining bricks, ball mill lining bricks, high alumina lining bricks, etc. Its main component is alumina powder, which is made after basic mixing, discharging, and trapping, and then sent to a press for molding, and fired at 1650°C.

Application

Abrasion resistant  alumina lining bricks  is the wear-resistant lining of the ball mill, which is used in ceramics, cement, paint, pigment, chemical industry, medicine, paint, inorganic mineral powder and other industries.

In addition,Ball mill lined brick is the grinding body of fine crushing equipment such as ball mill, vibration mill, pot mill, etc. Its crushing efficiency and wear resistance are better than mullite and natural stone, and it is used in architectural ceramics, Industrial ceramics, electronic ceramics, daily-use ceramics, enamel enterprises, metallurgical enterprises, chemical enterprises, pharmaceutical enterprises, printing ink enterprises and other production enterprises.

Brushing Matters 

1. After the ball mill has been aired for 3 days, fill the ball mill with water to reach 50% of the volume of the ball mill, add an appropriate amount of production waste, and then add ball stones exceeding 50% of the ball mill volume, start the ball mill to grind for 2 hours, and release the slurry. Add water to reach 70% of the volume of the ball mill, stop the machine after grinding for 2 hours, drain the water that adheres to the waste, and then put it into normal production.

2. It is strictly forbidden to add only a small amount of ball stones and water when brushing and let the mill run for a long time, which will seriously damage the mill, lining bricks and ball stones.

3. Other precautions

The ball mill should be installed on the site of use as much as possible, and try to avoid installing it at the ball mill manufacturer, so as to prevent the collision of the ball mill during the hoisting process and transportation process, which will cause the lining bricks at the collision site to fall off.
