Inert alumina ceramic ball is a new type of supporting, covering and protecting material with high strength and high voidage.Its main principle is: by using corundum and mullite and corundum, mullite as main crystalline phase, kaolin and feldspar glass sintering body for bridge structure, the use of alumina sintering corundum and network structure of acicular mullite, high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, wear resistance, strong acid and alkali chemical corrosion resistance, good thermal shock resistance and low chemical activity.

Application:

Widely used in petroleum refining, coal oil, coal to olefin, petrochemical industry, coal chemical industry such as chemical fertilizers, methanol, dimethyl ether, natural gas chemical industry, metallurgy, environmental protection, fine chemical industry packing tower (e.g., gas purifier and gas drying adsorber, total distillate hydrogenation, shift conversion furnace, converter gas sulphuric acid, etc.).
