15mm Wear-Resistant Alumina Ceramic Square Tiles | Industrial Liner Plates
Product Overview
Our industrial wear-resistant alumina ceramic mosaic is engineered for bulk material handling where sliding abrasion, impact, and corrosion rapidly degrade steel. Supplied as square or hexagonal tiles (including cylinder/"dot" inserts) on sheets or pre-assembled rubber–ceramic panels, the lining delivers long service life, low maintenance, and stable performance in demanding environments such as mining, cement, steel, and power plants.
Key Advantages
- Extreme wear resistance: Ultra-hard alumina (~Mohs 9) drastically reduces abrasive wear vs. AR steel.
- Impact management options: Choose ZTA/cylinders or rubber-backed panels for higher impact zones.
- Low porosity & corrosion resistance: Near-zero water absorption; excellent resistance to most acids/alkalis.
- Temperature capable: Ceramic stable at high temperatures (adhesive/rubber selection defines system limit).
- Flexible formats: Square/hex/cylinder mosaics, pre-curved segments for bends, or custom-shaped tiles.
- Fast installation & retrofit: Mesh-mounted sheets, epoxy-bonded tiles, or stud-weldable steel-backed panels.
Typical Applications
- Chutes & hoppers (transfer points, bins, bins skirts)
- Cyclones, classifiers & distributors
- Pipes, elbows, tees & reducers (slurry/air conveying)
- Screw conveyors, fans & housings
- Truck/rail load-out spouts & feeders

FAQ
Q1: How do I choose thickness?
Use the Selection Guide above; share your particle size, drop height, belt speed, and throughput for a precise recommendation.
Q2: Can you line small-radius elbows and complex shapes?
Yes. Hex/cylinder mosaics or segmented tiles are designed for tight radii and complex geometries.
Q3: What temperature can the lining handle?
The ceramic tolerates very high temperatures; the system limit is set by adhesive/rubber. We offer high-temp mortars/adhesives for hot zones.
Q4: Do you offer installation service?
We provide installation materials, drawings, and remote guidance; field installation or supervision can be arranged.
Q5: What if there is both severe impact and sliding abrasion?
Select rubber–ceramic panels or ZTA/cylinder combinations in the impact zone, transitioning to flat mosaic downstream.
