Product Introduction:

Wear-resisting ceramic pipe is to fire ceramic fittings as a whole and install them in the steel pipe in sections. The inner wall of the pipe is smooth, the air flow is unobstructed, the smooth surface enables the material to pass through freely, the sealing is good, wear resistant, under the same working condition, wear resistant 10 times than the ordinary pipe, reduce the maintenance frequency, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, can meet most working conditions.

NC-200 wear-resisting ceramic coating adopts the mature nano-ceramic dispersion process synthesis technology. It belongs to aviation grade nano-composite ceramic coating, which can be easily coated on the parts needed for isolation or anti-wear, such as hopper and inner and outer wall of pipeline. It is the first choice to replace Teflon spraying process.

Product Features:

1. Wear resistance: Mohs hardness up to H7, 10 times that of Teflon.

2. Corrosion resistance: Acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance and aging resistance can be used in outdoor or high humidity and high heat conditions.
