Product Introduction
Wear resistant ceramic grinding ball is an advanced grinding medium and is the substitute for natural cobblestone and traditional grinding medium.
High Pure Ceramic Grinding Ball from Titan are made by high temperature calcination with isostatic processing method. Our ceramic grinding ball is divided into dry grinding ball and wet grinding ball according to application, alumina grinding ball and zirconia grinding ball according to compositions, which can meet different customers' needs.
The formation methods of alumina ceramic balls include aggregate forming and dry isostatic pressing.
Forming alumina ceramic balls by the aggregate method is based on the production process of forming glutinous rice balls. It belongs to a semi-dry and wet forming method. It is formed by continuously sticking dry powder on the outside of the "wet core".
Dry isostatic pressing of alumina ceramic balls is a more advanced forming method at present. It is easy to realize automatic production and is less affected by human factors. The shape and appearance of the embryo are more consistent than wet bag cold isostatic pressing.
Properties
Aluminum oxide grinding ball features low wear, high hardness, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, economy and practicality.
As a grinding material, alumina balls can greatly improve grinding efficiency, reduce grinding time, save energy consumption, and reduce costs; at the same time, it can effectively increase the effective volume of the ball mill, thereby increasing the amount of grinding material added.
