4. Do not mix beads of different materials;
5. Use beads with uniform particle size as far as possible;
6. Keep low speed when washing sand mill with beads;
7. Regularly sieve out the old beads less than the lower limit;
8. Regularly check the separation device of the sand mill, the discharge end cover and the position of the dispersion shaft for the existence of cracks or grooves and other stress concentration areas.
Instructions for zirconia beads:
1. According to the viscosity, hardness, dispersed particle size and grinding requirements of grinding materials, select the corresponding varieties, specifications and quantity of zirconia beads;
2. Before grinding, clean the zirconium beads and the inner wall of the grinding machine barrel;
3. First put the material to be ground into the barrel of the grinding machine, and then put the appropriate amount of zirconium beads, and then gradually add the zirconium beads after the grinding machine runs. The loading quantity is generally 70%-85% of the content volume of the grinding machine barrel;
4. Do not let zirconium beads run for a long time under the condition of lack of material in the grinder, otherwise the grinder is easy to be damaged;
5. After the grinding machine runs for a period of time, zirconium beads should be added to ensure the quality and efficiency of grinding.
