First, the roller needs to be polished and cleaned, then brushed with glue, and the back of the ceramic lagging is fully covered with glue. Every place should be covered with glue, and the glue should be applied repeatedly 3-4 times to ensure that the glue covers the entire back. At the same time, brush the glue several times to ensure that the glue covers the entire drum, and then paste the drum and the lagging. After pasting, you need to press the lagging hard to ensure that the lagging and the drum are perfectly combined, and then use the packing rope to bind 24 hours, to further ensure the sticking of the lagging and the roller, remove the packing rope after 24 hours, so that the roller can be used, and the construction is also extremely convenient and fast.
Ceramic drum lagging is mainly used in extremely harsh conditions of high wear, easy slippage, and wet materials, especially for wire rope conveyor belts and high-speed, high-tension conveyor belt applications.
