How to install alumina ceramic tiles?

1. Mechanical fixation: This method is suitable for the installation of large wear-resistant ceramic liners, mainly by bolts or steel nails to fix the liner on the substrate. The holes need to be pre-drilled prior to installation, and then the liner is installed through the holes and fixings. The liner after installation in this way is firmly fixed and the wear resistance is relatively high.

2. Paste fixation: This method is suitable for the installation of small wear-resistant ceramic liners, mainly through special adhesives to stick the liner to the substrate. Before installation, the substrate surface needs to be cleaned and coated with adhesive. The liner is then applied to the adhesive so that it fits perfectly into the surrounding void. This method creates a chemically strong bond between the liner and the substrate and the wear resistance is relatively high.

Whether it is mechanically fixed or pasted, pay attention to the following points:

1. Check the surface of the substrate before installation to ensure that the surface is flat, smooth and clean.

2. Minimize the opening to avoid affecting the strength of the substrate.

3. During installation, avoid crushing or impacting the liner to prevent cracking.

4. After installation, it must be checked whether it is firmly connected, and if there is looseness, it should be dealt with in time.

5. According to the different working environment, select the corresponding wear-resistant ceramic liner and fixing method to achieve the best use effect.
