- Application in material and coal conveying system
The wear of equipment in coal conveying and material conveying system is mainly based on impact and friction, and the wear parts are separator baffle, tee, and coal drop cylinder. These parts are extremely easy to wear, and even wear through. Power plant and cement plant lined with manganese steel plate, the use of time is generally about 6 months, and easy to stick coal, sticky powder clogging; the use of ultra-high polymer polyethylene plate, although not easy to clog, but impact resistance and wear resistance is not as good as the manganese steel plate, especially liner and steel plate joints with coal dust and cement particles squeezed into the shedding. The use of alumina wear-resistant ceramics will greatly improve the service life, to the safety of production, economic benefits to bring a significant increase.

- Application in the pulverizing system
Most of the wear and tear in the pulverizing system of coal-fired power plants is mainly due to the collision of coal dust and impact wear. High-speed pulverized coal gas flow on the pulverizing equipment, coal mill outlet, coarse and fine powder separator inlet and outlet, a particularly serious wear and tear duct elbow. The same phenomenon is also found in the elbow of the air duct of the powder selecting system of the cement plant. By using wear-resistant alumina ceramics, it will have a positive impact on the actual production.

- Application in ash system
Power plants using hydraulic ash removal and slag discharge system, ash pumps, ash ditch, nozzle and other inlet and outlet pipe sections, is a serious wear and tear, the use of wear-resistant alumina ceramics, the use of a long time, wear-resistant performance is good, to solve the problems of heavy maintenance tasks, poor environment and so on.

- As a grinding medium
Due to high hardness, moderate density, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and low price, alumina grinding balls are widely used in grinding and processing of raw materials in cement, minerals, ceramics, electronic materials, magnetic materials, as well as paints and coatings industries. In the building ceramics industry, the wear efficiency of alumina grinding balls is 20% to 40% higher than that of natural flint and pebbles. With the reduction of high-quality natural ball stone resources and the high abrasion rate of ordinary porcelain balls, alumina grinding balls will be used by more and more manufacturers.

- Oil and Gas Mining
Alumina wear-resistant ceramics can be adapted to work in harsh environments, especially those with an alumina content of 97% (by mass) or more, and can be used in oil and gas drilling equipment. Typical applications are for nozzles, valve seats, regulating devices, pump fittings, and even drill fittings that can vibrate under high-pressure environments, in oil and mud slurries, and sometimes work in the presence of acids and salts, with even more stringent requirements for wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
