Alumina Grinding Media Ball
Introduction
Wear-resistant ceramic aluminium grinding ball is made of high-purity alumina powder through multiple processes. High-quality alumina powder is uesd to ensure its a α-Al₂O₃ particle size and shape .It adopts unique rolling forming and isostatic pressing forming technology to ensure its excellent wear resistance and roundness. The lean calcination process is adopted to ensure its high specific gravity and low wear , improve the grinding efficiency and reduce the cost of use.

Application Field
It is used in finishing and further processing of thick and hard materials in different types of ceramics , enamel , glass , and chemical plants . It is the grinding medium of fine crushing equipment such as ball mill , pot mill , vibration mill , etc . Its crushing and grinding efficiency and wear resistance are much better than ordinary ball stones or natural pebbles.
It is used in the grinding and dispersion of non- metallic mineral product powder ( such as zirconium silicate, kaolin, heavy calcium carbonate, etc.) and coatings , paints and other industries.
