Wear-resistant ceramic adhesive particles are made of high-performance wear-resistant inorganic substances, wear-resistant ceramic particles, carbides, and quartz as aggregates, which are compounded with modified and toughened resins.

Product Advantages

(MORE STICKY):Ceramic glue is AB two-component, high strength, fast curing speed, and has high bonding strength with various metal substrates. Excellent wear resistance, more than 2 times that of ordinary metals.

(WIDE RANGE of USES):After the AB component is mixed, the ceramic adhesive is thixotropic and does not flow, so it is suitable for facade construction. It is widely used in the bonding of wear-resistant ceramic lining plates and metals, such as coal conveying in thermal power plants, ash discharge systems and material conveying in metallurgical industry, and the pasting of wear-resistant ceramic lining plates on equipment such as silos and hoppers in batching systems.

(STOREAGE AND SHELF LIFE):12 months in unopened packing store in temperature between +5ºC to +25ºC, Keep in cool, shade and well ventilated area.

(MULTIPLE APPLICATION):Ceramic glue can be used as an adhesive for a wide range of materials or as a versatile filler for gap filling, surface repairs and laminating.  It does not shrink and is resistant to water and most common solvents.  It can be tinted with earth pigments, cement or sand for colour matching.  It can be sanded and drilled.
