Composite rubber ceramic wear liners and ceramic wear plates are the best wear liners for the mining and mineral processing industries. To provide great wear and impact resistance, 92%–95% al2o3 alumina ceramic tile or ZTA tiles are embedded or vulcanised into a flexible rubber cushion.
The high alumina ceramic tiles provide outstanding wear resistance, and the elastic rubber base aids in absorbing the impact energy.
Other fastening techniques are also available. Steel backing plates and studs or countersinks can be used to make ceramic wear liners.
For your convenience, we provide a variety of ceramic wear liners. Ceramic tiles are offered as ceramic bricks, square tiles, cylindrical tiles, or hex tiles on rubber.
