Details
Alumina ceramic lining has the characteristics of small volume and different shapes. Dozens of alumina ceramic sheets are arranged and combined into alumina ceramic plates. Alumina ceramic sheets have hexagonal bricks and squares with pits.
Features and Application
1. Rubber lining vulcanized
Alumina ceramic sheet is vulcanized in natural rubber to form ceramic rubber composite lining board, and then the two-in-one ceramic rubber composite lining board is fixed on the equipment protection surface through high strength adhesive. This kind of ceramic rubber combination improves the wear resistance of rubber or ceramic, and is the ideal wear-resistant lining material for chute, hopper and silo.
2. Stick to silk or nylon as alumina ceramic plate
Dozens or hundreds of pieces of alumina ceramic lining are glued to acetic acid cloth, nylon cloth or other special media to form alumina ceramic plate. The whole alumina ceramic plate has good flexibility and light weight, and is easy to cut. Therefore, it is mostly used for irregular equipment surface or where weight and space are limiting factors, such as steel pipe lining.
