Description

The 92 95 Al2O3 hexagon mosaic tile is made of alumina calcined at high temperature. Alumina is converted into dense alpha alumina at high temperature, and due to its special crystal structure, it becomes extremely hard, second only to diamond in hardness. The wear resistance is several times or even more than that of other wear-resistant materials. In addition, because the surface of the wear-resistant ceramic lining is smooth, the surface resistance is very small, which is also an important reason for greatly improving its wear resistance.

The regular size of hexagonal tile is 12*12*and 12.5*12.5, the thickness is 6-25mm.

Feature

Hexagonal wear tile mat has the characteristic of corrosion resistance, heat resistance, opacity, and difficulty in absorbing water. The melting point of alumina is as high as 2050°C, and alumina ceramics can withstand high temperatures of more than 1,000°C, and their heat resistance is very good. In addition, alumina ceramics are inert, have strong corrosion resistance, and can effectively resist the influence of chemicals such as solvents and salt solutions. Because 92% (and above) alumina ceramics have a Mohs hardness of 9, it also has excellent wear resistance.
