Description
According to the fixing method of wear-resistant ceramics, alumina ceramic lined elbow pipe can be roughly divided into three types: patch-type wear-resistant ceramic pipes, stud-welded wear-resistant ceramic pipes and sleeve-type wear-resistant ceramic pipes.
1. Ceramic tiles paste type wear-resistant ceramic pipe
the pipe is made of alumina or zirconia wear-resistant ceramic sheets pasted on the inner wall of the pipe with high-temperature-resistant strong adhesive, and then heated and cured to form a firm wear-resistant layer.
Features
Easy to install and easy to replace, and different ceramic sheets can be selected according to the wear and tear of different parts of the pipeline, so as to reduce the cost as much as possible while ensuring the performance of the pipeline. Although the SMD ceramic pipe has many advantages, its disadvantages are also obvious. The fixing of the ceramic depends entirely on the ceramic glue. Once the viscosity of the glue decreases or disappears under high temperature and other extreme environments, the ceramic is prone to fall off. So you need to pay attention to the use temperature or choose high temperature resistant ceramic glue.
2. Stud-welded wear-resistant ceramic pipe
The pipe is made by pasting wear-resistant ceramics on the inner wall of the pipe with strong glue, and at the same time cooperates with the spot welding process to firmly weld the ceramic lining plate to the inner wall of the steel pipe through small holes. To protect the solder joints, a ceramic cap is screwed on.

fixed firmly, high temperature resistance, can operate normally in the high temperature environment of 500 ℃.
3. Sleeve-type wear-resistant ceramic pipe
the pipe is measured in advance for the size of the steel pipe, then sintered as a whole, and installed and fixed by the method of inner sleeve in the steel pipe.
Features
There are few connection gaps and the inner wall is smooth, which avoids material hanging and material leakage, and is generally suitable for pipelines with special needs.
