Description
The wear-resistant ceramic patch pipeline is a high-temperature resistant strong adhesive to paste the alumina or zirconia wear-resistant ceramic sheet on the inner wall of the pipeline, and then heat and solidify to form a firm anti-wear layer. Ceramic patch pipes have excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and other properties.
The wear-resistant ceramics lining the wear-resistant ceramic pipes are made of alumina and zirconia as the main raw materials, with rare metal oxides as the solvent, and special corundum wear-resistant ceramics are calcined at a high temperature of more than 1,000 degrees. The combination of stud welding and high temperature inorganic bonding is fixed on the inner wall of the steel pipe.
Feature
1.Wear resistance: The alumina content in the wear-resistant ceramic sheet is greater than 92%, and the hardness is HRA ≥ 82. Its wear resistance is ten times higher than that of quenched carbon steel and better than that of tungsten-cobalt carbide;
2. Corrosion resistance: The chemical properties of wear-resistant ceramic sheets and inorganic adhesives are stable, and they can resist various inorganic acids, organic acids, organic solvents, etc., and their corrosion resistance is more than ten times that of stainless steel; 3. Resistant to medium and high temperature: the ceramic layer is dense corundum, its expansion coefficient is 6-8*10-6/℃, it has excellent heat resistance, it can run at high temperature for a long time, and the general working conditions can be satisfied.
4. The inner wall is smooth, the air flow is smooth, and there is no scaling and no material blockage: the smooth surface allows the material to pass freely without material hanging and material blocking. 5. Easy installation and cost saving: The density of ceramics is 3.6-4.1g/cm³, which is 1/3 lighter than ordinary pipes, easy to handle, saves manpower, easier and faster to install, and can easily erect pipes higher, while reducing support Hanger equipment load, saving material cost.
6. Reduce maintenance: super wear resistance greatly reduces the frequency of maintenance, saving costs and labor.
7. Staggered seam pasting: The pasting technology is advanced, and the wrong seam pasting method is adopted along the flow direction of the medium to avoid the formation of grooves and gaps along the wind direction.
