Description
The wear-resistant ceramic pipe is a firm combination of alumina corundum ceramics, transition layer and steel layer. It has good comprehensive properties such as good wear resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, mechanical shock resistance and thermal shock resistance, and good weldability. It is an ideal wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant pipeline for conveying granular materials, grinding, corrosive media, etc.
The wear-resistant ceramic pipe for lithium batteries is composed of three parts: 304 stainless steel outer pipe, viscose and super wear-resistant alumina ceramic lining. The inner ceramic ring is modeled, pressed and fired according to the curvature of the elbow. The inner wall of the pipe is smooth. There are few seams or steps to ensure smooth material transfer without causing turbulence.
