In the material crushing and grinding process, the ball mill is an indispensable core equipment, and our common ball mill is generally a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, which consists of a feeding part, a discharging part, a rotating part, a transmission part (reducer, Small transmission gear, motor, electronic control) and other main parts. The material enters the first chamber of the mill spirally and evenly from the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft. There is a stepped lining plate or a corrugated lining plate in the chamber, and there are grinding balls of different specifications inside. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force to carry the grinding balls. After reaching a certain height, it will fall down, which will impact and grind the material. After the material reaches the rough grinding in the first warehouse, it enters the second warehouse through the single-layer partition board. The warehouse is inlaid with a flat lining board and has grinding balls to further grind the material. The powder is discharged through the discharge plate to complete the grinding operation. In addition to the grinding balls, the part that is most likely to be worn and affect the production efficiency is the ball mill liner.


In the process of material grinding, the grinding balls will have a huge impact and friction on the lining plate of the ball mill chamber. During the process of material damage, sharp edges and irregular shapes will also cause serious wear to the lining plate, and sometimes the grinding materials It will also have high temperature. Under this condition, the cast stone and steel lining plates used in the past will be easily worn through, and the impact-resistant wear-resistant ceramic lining brick of the ball mill solves this problem well.
